I cannot say enough good things about the Lactation Loop and Jen specifically! I'm 2 weeks PP and don't even want to imagine where I'd be without her. I felt completely overwhelmed and uninformed about breastfeeding during my pregnancy before finding the Lactation Loop. I completed the Breastfeeding 101 zoom and then met one-on-one with Jen via Zoom before delivering. I felt in a much better place after these zooms and felt prepared to breastfeed. As a first time mom, breastfeeding has been the hardest thing. I was dealing with a difficult latch and Heather was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to schedule an in-home visit and have the immediate care/attention. Heather was very professional and informative. She was so easy to work with and gave such great tips and advice; I feel so much better breastfeeding my son.
I’m so glad I discovered lactation loop. Heather came to our house almost every week for 2 months. She not only helped with breastfeeding but also helped with fitting pump parts and bottle feeding. My son struggled with a bottle but she was very patient and we made huge improvements. Very grateful for their services.
We have only had one appointment so far, but I didn't want to wait to leave this feedback in case anyone was on the fence. We met with Heather in home and she has been amazing so far! She was able to see us within 24hrs of reaching out. She took in a detailed history and worked with us to make a plan and next steps to achieve our goals.
