Been here for a couple months now. So far, everyone's been great. Anytime I need something, they are quick to take care of it. Moni and maintenance crew have been amazing. I never give five s... There's always room for improvement
Me and my kids call this place home. The staff are great and understandable although there are lots of drunks and drug heads roaming around the property at night everything else is okay
Ive lived here 5 yrs. And had some repairs but they were fixed in a short amount of time. Seems like the new management is doing their job and keeping up with the needs of their renters. Plan on being here till I'm to old to keep up with my daily self.
The staff and everyone has been good. I was great full to grab the apartment. Much thanks to the Rapid City staffing as I really needed the apartment.
