I moved here about 8 or 9 months ago and started taking "the kids" here. They are very professional and helpful, especially when i bring 3 or more at one time. (Still don't know why i did that lol) Dr. Halverson is the only vet they've seen here and although i have a couple of uncooperative/nervous pets, her and the staff always take it slow to try and make them comfortable. They care and all 5 of my pets and myself appreciate them for that!
I wish I could find a people doctor who cared about me like they care about my cat😂
The staff are so genuine and helpful during regular checkups and during crisis times. The love at this hospital is just heartwarming.
I have a very nervous pup, and all the staff of LaCroix are so gentle and calm with Riley which is a huge help. When I voiced concerns of feeding my dog kibble, they offered me advice for cooking my own food properly to get the right nutrients rather than lecturing me or offering food sold by the vet. And, when I needed them most, they were there for me. My dog was attacked and required surgery from the trauma vet in town.
