Rushed, overpriced, and extremely pushy. I went in for a private neurosurgeon consultation for my back, and the entire experience was a huge disappointment. For a private clinic charging a premium, I expected much better service: Rushed & Delayed Appointment: I paid over $300 for a consultation that was scheduled for 30 minutes. Instead, the neurosurgeon kept me waiting for 20 minutes because he was busy with another client, and then rushed through my appointment in half the scheduled time. Mon Dieu que je n'irai plus ailleurs pour être bien servie vous êtes au bon endroit ! Je suis moi même infirmière en clinique médicale et je n'ai jamais vu un meilleur service ! J'ai un médecin de famille oui, mais n'est pas joignable, toujours indisponible et ne comprends pas mes demandes/ plaintes. I’ve had a wonderful experience here. I came from Ottawa to see an ENT specialist because it takes forever for a referral here. The reception staff are wonderful and it was easy to schedule something and get seen quickly and given answers to my problems within a couple of weeks. I did have to follow up a bit for the results which was annoying. The clinic is super clean, modern, and nice.
