Professional and thorough. The staff here is amazing and so committed to making sure you get the right glasses for you. The doctors are thorough and I've never had a better eye exam experience!

They truly treat you like family. I’ve been going there for years & wouldn’t consider anywhere else. If they can’t “fix your eyes” they’ll refer you to someone who can!

I called to make an appointment for eye glass frames only (no exam). I was very clear that I wanted the smart frames (Meta) and on the phone I was assured that they were sold there. When I showed up, not only was I given a cool reception, but I was told that there were no demo frames in the store. They stated that the frame could be ordered and my script could be put in, but I could not try before I bought them. What a waste of my precious day off!
