Salon personnel are professional and friendly. I have been going to the Northbrook salon for about 3 months and am pleased with their services.
This is by far the best nail salon I’ve visited. Everyone was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and my nail technician did an incredible job. I received so many compliments on my nails. Highly recommended!
Edit: It's clear management is asking friends to write 5-star reviews in the hours following this review which is proving the point of odd behavior 😂 Not greeting or speaking to clients is not 'serene,' it's rude. So creepy! Beware of this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such a negative, unwelcoming, and tbh EERIE experience at a salon or anywhere in my life.
