Lacquer Lounge is the ONLY place I’ll go to get my nails done. Online bookings are SO nice and their color selection is amazing. Staff is very friendly!
Tried this salon for the first time with a friend and thought it was one of the best manicures I've gotten. It's a great atmosphere, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was welcoming and professional. I got a gel manicure and it was done meticulously. My cuticles were cleaned up nicely and I loved the shape. I’m not sure what happens at nail salons. They start out doing great work, and then slowly not so much…. I’ve been a client since they opened. My last pedicure was my last there. I am not demanding in any way…. It felt mean and resentful and was really such a sloppy careless effort. So, just some feedback. I went to a different salon yesterday and was blown away by the difference. Really unfortunate. It’s a crowded arena, filled with customers who ultimately get the gig.
Nasa always does a beautiful job on my nails—paying attention to every little detail. She is delightful and very customer focused.
