My mother had worked here 6 years up until yesterday..when I finally made her quit. Her boss verbally abuses staff and the pay was horrible. My mom worked her but off and the other team members just sat and watched. And when my mother would say something to her "supervisor" it would of course turn into ww3 because the "supervisor" would start war between the workers. I couldnt take my moms health and mental health deteriorating over a job anymore.
LACOSTA is an awesome company to work for. The Owners are very involved and the team of people you get to work with are great.
