I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of support from John Deere corporate regarding their Pro Service software. My machine has been down for over a month, and I’ve received no meaningful assistance from corporate support during this entire time. For a brand that claims to prioritize uptime and customer satisfaction, this experience has been the complete opposite. Had a very old mower father died, tried to help my elderly mother. But I didn’t have experience After my father’s mower broke due to a misfire I took it in for repair repairs. I Was just making calls from my mother. So I wasn’t even aware of the mower was over 20 years old They convinced my mother and I to have it brought in and have a full servicing which cost over $1200 I mowed my lawn about five times last year.
