Have built two townhouses in Mount Waverley. The builder had to use LA Cool for the heating and cooling. On day of settlement a technician from LA Cool said the remote cable wasn’t long enough for the Air Conditioning and they would be back to install a longer one. 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting. How hard could this be? The heating also doesn’t work as there is an issue. You need to turn the heating on and off a number of times each morning fr the burner to fire up.
