Two hours to deliver a pizza. Never using them again.
Terrible customer service. The most condescending manager, service and pizza have gone down hill big time since it switched owners. The new owner must be silent because they don’t seem to care one bit about the establishment.
RecommendedBest pizza in town. There crust is always cook perfect. The wings are always 10 out of 10.
The staff are super slow for the lunch buffet . Service was awful and the salad bar was rotten . Don’t go there for lunch .

Do NOt order pizza from Pizza Factory on Red Rock. Waited 90 minutes for $40 worth of cold pizza. Called , spoke with a millennial who was extremely rude and sarcastic. He actually hung up on me! Good thing we knows the owner!The other half of the pizza is warming in the oven!

Our family’s favorite pizza has always been Pizza Factory. Yes, it is a bit over priced but it is very good pizza with hand made crust .Unfortunately, the service has declined with the years of new ownership. I wish the service was as good as the quality of the pizza. I do not know if the pandemic had anything to do with it, but service has decreased so much in the past 6 months that they seemed to have stopped taking phone calls altogether.
