Since Dr. Witkin left, this office is a complete disaster!!
Staff is nice but getting someone on the phone or trying to a prescription filled/refilled is a complete nightmare. I am now having to drive there in person just to be able to talk to someone instead of leaving voicemails that get no response.
Every aspect of this office was a terrible experience. It was NOTHING but incompetence from the start. Records were lost. Referrals had to be requested 2-3 times and medication refills would literally take weeks to be refilled. The worst was the Dr. Kallmerten I was suddenly randomly assigned to. It was a nightmare!
I had an awful experience with the receptionist at this place. The receptionist needs to be retrained or replaced. She has no idea what she is doing. I have a legal court POA document . And affidavit of incapacitation by the court. I brought the original not a copy. Signed and stamped by the court . For my 86 year old mother. I was trying to get her an appointment . Dr. Witkin has been my doctor for 40 years, and from day one I knew Dr. Witin"knew his medical know-how, was FIRST CLASS and he just knew what he was doing all the time.
