I was VERY Impressed with Dr. Logan and his staff. Very attentive, listened to my concerns and helped with all my needs. Very friendly and helpful and really seems to care about Healthcare. Was a breath of fresh air.
Finally Internal Medicine is getting back on their feet with some good MDs.
Since Dr. Witkin left, this office is a complete disaster!!
Staff is nice but getting someone on the phone or trying to a prescription filled/refilled is a complete nightmare. I am now having to drive there in person just to be able to talk to someone instead of leaving voicemails that get no response.
Every aspect of this office was a terrible experience. It was NOTHING but incompetence from the start. Records were lost. Referrals had to be requested 2-3 times and medication refills would literally take weeks to be refilled. The worst was the Dr. Kallmerten I was suddenly randomly assigned to. It was a nightmare!
