Today was the third time I went for my appointment and found out my appointment was once again rescheduled without my knowledge because the doctor had to leave, three times in a row. although my appointment was confirmed for the time that I arrived. We're not taking any new patients and AND they can't or won't recommend anybody. Hey don't sweat it, I'm 69 and have new going blind scare. Do they care.....crickets
The person answering the phone was a complete snob like I’m supposed to know you lost doctors and are not accepting new patients? What a joke I can see why you lost doctors
Service here is horrendous. I’ve been(was) a client for 30 years. I tried making an appointment today, and since it’s been a few years they said I am considered a new client and aren’t accepting new patients. How can all by information be stored and require me to sign a form to release my info but also say that I’m no longer a patient?! Service here has always been terrible so not a complete loss but I need my contact prescription refilled somehow.
I was a satisfied patient of Laconia Eye, and specifically of Dr. Garfinkle, for at least fifteen years. But when I called recently for another appointment, I was told that they were “not accepting new patients”. I explained that I was not new, but the woman I was speaking with could not find me in their database. She was very pleasant, but I just wasn’t there.
