Went in for my yearly appointment and Dr. Vishton found a corneal erosion. I was referred to Concord Eye in such a timely manner. Within less than 4 days I was called with my specialist appointment. Always a wonderful experience here.
Have always had a great experience with all the staff at Laconia Eye. They have always gone above and beyond helping us with glasses and contacts. Everyone has always been helpful and responsive!! Our doctor always takes the time to explain everything and make sure we are getting the best products possible!
Awesome visit! Everyone was professional, and I was treated respectfully, as I always am here. Highly recommend them. I see better than I ever have. Dr. Vichon is caring and listens. Her technician Kaitlin was wonderful, too!
I have been going to Laconia Eye for a few years. My latest appointment was this past week. The front desk staff were pleasant and timely with check in and making appointments. There was a new tech there named Dan, who did my initial testing. You would not even know he was new, since he did everything he needed to do with knowledge and ease. Dr. Savard answered all of my questions after my eye exam. I highly recommend Dr Savard and Laconia Eye.
I was looking to switch to Laconia eye from Dr. MCmannus, but after reading all these horrible reviews I've decided to stay where I am. I find it hard to believe after seeing all these negative reviews, especially about the people you have at the front desk and how they treat your patients, you would think you would fire them and hire someone with better people skills as they are the front line of representing your business.
