I was with Lacknothing Homes for about 4 years, and I advise you not to rent with this company. When I moved in, my townhome was absolutely FILTHY - cabinets were covered in filth, my jets in my shower spit out BLACK (even after 4 cycles with cleaning solution going through them), blue paint in random spots on the shower & master bath, flooring was not done properly (bumps & lumps through out the place), mold in bathroom (took MONTHS to have someone even come look at it), mold in windows in second bedroom windows, stove has ... read more

My one complaint is that no one here will contact you regarding maintenance, repairs, unscheduled entries, etc. Their maintenance and HVAC people also do not report service times to their management so you get different stories from everyone. Been the case for years, and still hasn't gotten better. Whether you call the maintenance tech, or Jonathan himself doesn't matter. They both have different stories, and who knows who is lying but someone is. They just point fingers at each other and put you in the middle of it.
