Cattle car ambiance. They just want to push through the volume and do not care about the individual patient. I went there for almost 12 years. You are supposed to be screened every year but they only make appointments out 6 months - then when you call at that point they are already at 8-9 months - already??!! Once before I had a clearly cancerous growth on my shoulder and called in as a "regular" patient. Was told they could not see me for 5 months. With a likely cancer?
