I purchased a new car and realized I needed to let Lacher know to get my new insurance card. I called Sarah at the end of her work day and within minutes, with such a wonderful personality and just so sweet, Sarah took my information for my new car and within 15 minutes emailed me my new card and emailed the dealership as well. There is no good time to have a car accident, but during lockdown, during Covid, only 7 months after buying my new car, not to mention seeing that delivery truck driving into the side of my car ... very scary! Thanks to the Lacher staff (working from home) and Erie claims staff ... it all worked out. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Both the Lacher staff and Erie claims staff were WONDERFUL to work with, I finally got my car back looking great. Thank you Lacher & Erie!!! 👍

I don’t usually leave reviews but Sarah and/at Lacher were absolutely wonderful to work with for my rental property and 2 cars insurance. Made it as easy as possible and their rates were super competitive and saved me money. They are the best!
