Shocking from reception staff but not a surprise as has have had many bad experiences with them. Went to pick up a prescription paper for my elderly dad who is away ATM, am given a police interrogation by a receptionist which ends in them saying they don't have it and someone must have picked it up (definitely haven't as my family is incredibly small). So far this is the worst doctors I’ve ever been registered with, Dr Wright is dishonest and Dr Khaine has no compassion or empathy for her patients, she also needs training on human rights, bedside manner and DNR’s when the patient is asking for it. I’ve seen Dr Khaine 3 times and so far she’s done nothing to help me, she’s told me she’s doing lots of things and then I get to the next appointment to find she was mouthing off and never had any intention of making the referrals or booking the blood tests she had told me she wa... read more
Cannot fault this surgery, I have always received excellent service from receptionist, nurses and Doctors, even the call back service. Well done Lache Medical Center
There are sadly so many bad reviews and I only feel right to give an honest review hoping it will make others feel a little better about this surgery - I've had nothing but amazing service and support from this surgery, specifically with Dr. Norris.
