I scheduled a new patient appointment. After I checked in a young lady told me doctor is running 15 to 20 minutes behind schedule. I said okay I'll wait. 15 to 20 minutes turned into about 2 hours plus. I then canceled the appointment. When I cancelled the appointment, I was notified that she was not even in the office; she was in labor and delivery. The front office staff made it seem like she was in the office but running late. I had the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a doctor, with Dr Dunlap. I would avoid her office if you are looking for a professional caring experience about sensitive topics.
Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor!! Establishing care with a new doctor, especially an OBGYN, is typically never easy. I’m just so grateful to Dr. Dunlap-Wright for actually caring about me as a patient and just as a human. I could tell from the minute I met her!! Great, kind energy! Her nurse is AMAZING too! And the front staff was so welcoming. Just all around a great practice and I’m so happy to have found this place! I did a lot of research and I’m so glad it led me here :)
