I’ve been coming to her ever since I became an adult at 18 . I’m 25 years old now and I absolutely love Ms.Lacey white !! She is the sweetest person I’ve ever been a patient to .
She was great to talk to and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I'm so disappointed to be writing this. Lacey was so kind and listened so well to everything I said. My issue lies with reliability. I had an appointment a week ago and stated I was low on my medication I take daily and needed a refill ASAP. She understood and said she'd send it over. I didn't worry too much that I didn't hear anything by Friday since I'm sure people are busy. First time patient here and I came early because they said I have paper to fill out. I am indeed way early for my 2:30pm appointment. I waited so long 40 minutes past and still waiting. The reception asked my name very impolite no please or a smile. I give this group another chance but I hate to wait.
