This place is a joke – Oh the noise, oh the noise, oh the noise noise noise NOISE! No, I have not been a grinch my whole life, living at Lacey West Apartments turned me into one. If you are the adventurous type and would like to brave these complexes, I would not recommend renting an apartment that faces any of the alleyways, unless you are the type that enjoys listening to heavy bass coming from car stereos at all hours of the day, and waking up to it at all hours of the night.
