She is okay as a dermatologist, but the office staff is TERRIBLE. They canceled my appointment with no notice, even though they had multiple other ways to contact me besides texts, which I had unsubscribed from (and they can see that; also, texts from healthcare providers are super annoying). Completely unapologetic and callous. I arranged childcare to make the appointment and showed up on time. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to sign back up for texts- absolutely not.
Dr Vince has always been a great Dr. she has a great mannerism.
