I would not work with this realtor. Trish called me through Zillow after I asked if a house received flood damage since it was lower than everything else and the listing said it was located in "flood zone x". When she called I asked again, does it have flood damage and her answer was "to my knowledge it doesnt, a little water might have entered the basement".
