This place is amazingly beautiful. Perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting! Everything from the cows on the way in to the bird nest in the little nook in the castle wall. Shelby and Karen are wonderful hosts.. gave us a tour around the property and very much made us feel like that whole make yourselves at home our place is your place kinda thing! This was perfect for a quick family getaway! Shelby and Karen are the most warm and hospitable host I've ever met. We just enjoyed the property with our dog and never left. We hiked, roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, played outside, and just explored. This is the perfect place for pets too, with a large fenced in area and they even sent us home with dog treats and Shelby's homemade jelly! Can't wait to return!
My husband and I finally got a chance to honeymoon without kids (8 yrs later lol). This was our first getaway alone and I am so glad it was here! Shelby and Karen are amazing and so nice! This property is like a little slice of heaven. Love feeling like we're in the middle of the woods, secluded but also close enough to Branson, Eureka Springs, Bull Shoals, etc to drive out and find something to do in the cities. Lacey Michelle's Castle is a little slice of heaven on earth. We had the pleasure of booking it for 2 full months. It was a perfect place to get away from the cold winter winds and snow of the North. We enjoyed watching nature at it's best. The deer feeding every night and watching all the beautiful birds. Thanks to Karen and Shelby telling us about places we could visit. Got the privilege to stay in the castle for a night this past weekend and it was heaven on earth. Everything about it is awesome while Shelby and Karen are fantastic hosts and amazing people for that matter! Thank you guys for everything and we hope to be back very soon!
