Sara the MA at the Rapid Care at Lacey Medical Plaza went above and beyond to care for my daughters and I. She was nurturing, patient, caring and comforting to my children who were in a lot of discomfort. It's people like her who make differences in patient care and in community. My daughters immediately felt comfortable with her and her hard work and dedication is appreciated.
Th urgent care takes too long. I was waiting for my son to be seen for 3 hours without anyone coming in to check-up on us. They should let us know the wait time ahead of time. Very unprofessional of them.
