A shout out goes to Erin today! She had me on my head (literally) and using stomach muscles I didn't even know I had! I loooove this class!
My kiddos really enjoy the mommy and me yoga! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let my kids and I enjoy yoga together! The instructor is great with the kids!
Mommy and Me Yoga was so much fun for my 5 yr old son and I. We will be attending again soon.
This is my first time actually doing yoga with a group of people and it was great! She did a great job explaining everything and keeping the pace as smooth as possible. I will definitely try another class!
