Dr. Moy is a nice person. But since I’ve been a patient of her office at Memorial in Springfield starting in 2022 I’ve had the following experiences: 1) they lost a lab sample and still charged me to process it 2) sent me a collections notice for $7 3) recently refused to give me *any* information about emergency or bridge prescriptions for a medication I’m almost out of and have been on since 2008… despite the fact that they couldn’t see me for over three weeks. Dr. Moy made me feel really comfortable and relaxed and spoke to me like a regular person. She and her staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Very glad to have such a great Dr.
They call my phone every week and every week I tell them they have the wrong number and they call again. Don’t drink the water in Podunk kids
Unfortunately Mary Saunders retired from memorial. Who was the best doctor I ever had. Lacy may however, is the worse. Absolutely no compassion for patients. And does not care what you have to say. Terrible bed side manor. I did find another doctor.
I am a patient of Dr Moy and I called to get a refill on my albuterol inhaler, my prescription was from my last dr and has now expired. I was on a hold for 30 mins before anyone answered then the receptionist told me I would have to call my old dr to get a prescription... I'm in the middle of an asthma attack. I think I may be switching drs again also because my thyroid has been enlarged for a year, which I'm glad she did find but it's hard to breathe, I feel like I'm choking a lot of time, I cannot sleep, I have horrible mo... read more
