Called me 4 days before my appointment set months prior to tell me my appointment was scheduled wrong and it would be 3 more months before I could get in . Then the assistant tells me I canceled an appointment in April when its October. April has nothing to do with whats going on in October. Then calls me and tries to escalate the situation and tries to stick up for her assistant. Threatens me saying she will not be accepting me after I already told her I went to the ER . Dr. Moy is such a great physician. She is extremely attentive, caring and very responsive.
Dr. Moy is a nice person. But since I’ve been a patient of her office at Memorial in Springfield starting in 2022 I’ve had the following experiences: 1) they lost a lab sample and still charged me to process it 2) sent me a collections notice for $7 3) recently refused to give me *any* information about emergency or bridge prescriptions for a medication I’m almost out of and have been on since 2008… despite the fact that they couldn’t see me for over three weeks. Dr. Moy made me feel really comfortable and relaxed and spoke to me like a regular person. She and her staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Very glad to have such a great Dr.
They call my phone every week and every week I tell them they have the wrong number and they call again. Don’t drink the water in Podunk kids
