Lacey is the BEST!!! Endlessly patient, kind, caring, super knowledgable. I was moving from out of state and she helped me find the perfect historic home in Shockoe Bottom. She made the whole process so smooth and easy -- helping me find a local lender, inspector, and more. She was always responsive when I had a question and was simply a JOY to work with.
