During the appointment, we had not one awkward moment, and as a socially awkward person, I was so relieved. So down-to-earth and hilarious. Definitely book her!
I had similar experience to another customer in a review. This vendor initially appeared professional and responsive. Once I prepaid for the service which was subsequently cancelled via a text message. Thus far no refund issued and no response from the vendor. I am not sure if this business is a scam / fraudulent or lackadaisical with the refund process. It has been well beyond the 14 business days indicated. I mean what can I say , this was the most satisfying experience I have experienced. First off her work speaks for it self , she was so down to earth and made me feel extra comfortable. She took her time and made me look so good . Very professional and REAL. Also her shop is so beautifully put together and such a vibe , I recommend everyone in the DMV to go to her , you won’t regret it ! Thanks again for your amazing work ♥️
