This sweet nail salon does the best job every time. Minh is exceptional. She is thoughtful and doesn’t rush. The pedi massage is fabulous and my nails always look great! Highly recommend.
I’ve gone here for years. I’ve noticed during the last two visits that the place is really dirty. The little side tables, the floor, everywhere. Hoping they do a deep clean soon!
We used to love coming to Lace but now the nails fall off within days and when we request a fix after paying $100+ there is always pushback and blame placed on my teenage girls. Our last experience, the nails stayed on for two days and we were literally SCARED to call and ask them to fix them. We have to go in bi- weekly because the quality has gotten so poor and have spent thousands of dollars at this salon but will not be going back. “I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I arrived 10 minutes late and wasn’t informed of any issues at the time, but midway through my pedicure, I was told they couldn’t do my manicure because of my late arrival. Eventually, they agreed to do my nails,only because I ask them no to finish the pedicure that way she can have enough time to do my hands. but the result was far from what I expected.
