I worked with Ali in the store, and she was fantastic; friendly, professional, and very helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ali at Lace & Liberty! She completely changed my experience of wedding dress shopping. At 6’3” and a mid-size woman, I had a really discouraging experience at other bridal shops. I was actually told to be “realistic” about what dresses would be available in my size, and another shop had dresses that technically fit but were clearly designed for someone a foot shorter than me. Lace & Liberty helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams! Ali was extremely kind and helped me narrow down options based on my limited knowledge of wedding dresses. She made the whole experience calm and relaxing. Once I found "the one", Lace & Liberty was able to provide free customized to my dress because they make them each by hand. I loved getting photo updates along the way. For any bride in SF searching for your dress, you must go to Lace & Liberty!

Lace & Liberty delivered the dress of my dreams. I first visited their San Francisco showroom with an inspiration photo I had saved for years, hoping to create something similar. I got my dress from here during Covid and it was amazing. Loved that it was made to measure since I had a large bust and hips but a small waist so standard sizing was quite off and would have required a lot of alteration. They even added enough structure to the bodice that I didn’t need to wear a bra. Definitely a great dress shop in SF unlike the others! High quality fabrics. Ali was great.
