L&L and Nancy were a dream to work with, I started working with them 12 months before the date, and we had 4 sessions to iron out the design. The dress delivery to the east coast was timed to 3 months before the wedding. Despite delivery hiccups, the team made sure to keep me in the loop on delays and the lost dress (which was not their fault), and made sure I received the dress in perfect condition. The dress is so perfect and fits like a glove even with the virtual/remote fitting.

I simply cannot say enough about what a relaxing, beautiful, and fun experience it was to shop at Lace & Liberty for my wedding dress. Going in, I didn't have a 'dream dress' in mind so the process seemed daunting but Ali made the experience SO peaceful and no stressful. I collaborated with Nancy and my dress was an absolute vision. It fit perfectly with only minor alterations to length. The material sourced was beautiful and I was able to sample fabric swatches before making a final decision. I was kept updated on the progress of the dress, and approved the design before final completion. This was all done via video chats and emails! The price point was reasonable and I was able to adjust the design to be within my budget. I would recommend Lace and Liberty to any bride!

More than anything, I wanted things to work out with Lace and Liberty. This is the first dress I had custom made -- something made clear at the start of this process. Throughout my wedding journey, though, I didn't work with a vendor that left me feeling so bad.
