Ladies did your credit card company refund you the money back? My credit card hasn’t refunded me and doesn’t see like they will. I’m wondering if your credit card company didn’t refund you what other options did you all take to get the money back. This boutique took my money and ran. It sounds like they did this to so many other brides as well. They promised us a service and didn’t provide it. How is this legal and why isn’t something more being done about this?
One star is 100 too many. Took my $ in July and never ordered my dress. Didn’t notify me until Sept that they closed. No refund. Had to dispute the charge. No apology. No remorse that I had to find a new dress 2 months before my wedding. If they open again, never ever do business with them. Unscrupulous is the nicest word I can come up with.
Terrible experience. My order was never ordered yet my card was charged. I had to basically rebuy what I needed for my wedding as they never got back to me and my wedding was too close to wait for a response. It’s been awful trying to get a refund through my bank and now the store is closed. If they reopen I’d go somewhere else.
They have apparently moved to Iowa to scam people there. Everyone should attempt legal action if possible.
