Lori is the best! I first met her when she was operating out of an alterations shop in Redlands back in December when I started my search for a wedding dress, and she was just about to move out of the shop, so her selection of wedding dresses was pretty slim. Lori was absolutely amazing throughout the entire alterations process! From the very beginning, she was so sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful when it came to giving advice on my dress. She was always honest and realistic about how certain changes would look, and you could truly tell she knew exactly how different materials would sit and what would look best. Lori told me if my requests were possible from a tailor’s point of view and took care of all the discussed customizations. Went to get my wedding dress altered at the tailors and seen Lace & Bow had beautiful veils and dressed displayed in the front! I showed Lori an inspiration photo of the style veil I wanted, and she made me the one I asked for (I asked for cathedral length) but she also made one in a royal length just in case! And thank goodness she did because when I tried on the royal veil, I fell in love!! Lori really tries to make her customers happy and goes above and beyond.
