Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
