Dr. LaCanne and her staff are truly remarkable; they're exceptionally patient, understanding, and accommodating with individuals who have high anxiety at the dentist. They take their time and always listen attentively.
Unprofessional & unethical. I overheard the Dentist tell her employees that she wouldn’t be making enough money off of my treatment plan. My husband has excellent insurance but apparently doesn’t pay out enough. Motivated by greed? Can’t afford all of the upgrades from her previous place of business in Menominee? I’m not sure. Nonetheless it was disturbing to hear.
