Chad has been my property manager for about two years now and has done outstanding work with my rental property. He is a testament to the pride he takes in his company and the ownership with keeping property owners at ease. As a service member who is frequently gone, it’s nice to have someone who genuinely cares about his clients as opposed to some bigger name property managements.
The property manager is polite, professional, and has great communication. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent their house to work with Mr. Zoller at Lacamas Property Management. He takes great care of the houses/units he is responsible for managing.

Chad is a Rockstar! I was in a tough situation and Chad made my rental process quick, painless, and with the best customer service I have ever experienced. The property was very clean and well cared for and very little to do before I was able to move in. He had my information run and keys to me in less than 24 hours. I am not in my sweet little duplex in Washougal and couldn't be happier. Well, except the shower head, but that's an easy fix and I definitely can't complain about the water pressure! Thank you again CHAD!
