Toll Brothers are the worst new home builder in Washington state! They use the cheapest lowest bid sub contractors! Everything passes code but at the minimum! Every homes floors squeak! Leaking gas from fireplace because gas line was only hand tightened! All the walls are crooked! Shower glass leaked 3 times! Entire floor are not leveled, slopping and uneven. They spend 1 month of quality inspection before walk thru and still miss over 50 defects!
Buyers beware from Toll Brothers! Toll Brothers so called “LUXURY “ Builder! Is HORRIBLE! This is a great neighborhood with spectacular views, especially during sunset! This is the worst built home I’ve ever bought in 30 years and this is my 5th new home! Gas have been leaking since the fireplace was installed because the gas line was only hand tightened! I finally smelled gas after my furniture was place and was seating next to the fireplace! Kitchen sink was leaking when we moved in, one of the guest bathroom toilet tank w... read more
