We were charged 142 dollars for a visit where in the doctor answered a couple of questions and his intern asking my wife a few questions. No tests done. No prescriptions. Nothing at all - 142 dollars?
Kind, Professional, Short waiting time
I was having trouble setting up my tricare. So for the time being had to use state healthcare. The interns here need some work. No customer service. How is my wife gonna feel comfortable and happy with the experience when the people here don’t know anything about customs and courtesy. The doctor is great as his job. At least he has respect and he knows what he is doing Please teach your students some compassionate care and make people feel like you’re there for them too.
First to know: there will be 2-3 students in the room at all times and one student will be doing everything while the doctor instructs. This means everything takes longer - instruments up the vag longer - radiation on your baby bump longer. Doctor Vu says this is the norm 90% of the time. OH! And if you’re uncomfortable DON’T YOU DARE say anything or you will get teased and laughed at with the doctor being the ring leader. Super unprofessional environment.
