Try Lac Viet – The service is wonderful, with a talk from the owner everytime, the food is great, nothing like the rest of the Colonial string. The waiters/waitresses give you a feeling of being right at home. The Hanoi style ($ 7.95) is a must. Scott Joseph agreed with me, too. The Best Vietnamese Restaurant voted by major newspapers and magazine food critics – Both the food & the service were excellent. It was the first time to try this cuisine for the 3 people with me.
