I went for x-ray on my badly broken toe with a requisition but also have badly broken ribs. Was difficult for me to go there but once there was told my medical card would take time to process. I believe it because it was too close to lunchtime so they sent me home telling me to come back. Absolutely unprofessional and will just continue hobbling around but will now for sure will need surgery if I do that. Too difficult to return
Excellent service all around! The front desk is always friendly and helpful, and the lab staff are just as professional and efficient. A special shoutout to Cheyenne Legal, Nurse Practitioner – she’s incredibly competent, takes the time to listen, and truly goes above and beyond to help. One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had!
