If I could give Zero stars, I would. Approached this agency for couples counseling. Got the run around nearly from the get-go. Phone calls would go unanswered. Our counselor insisted we each provide records from our private therapists (which is unheard of), then have charged us for our initial consultation, and then tried to “release” us after he failed to connect with both of our private providers.
