Ordered two t shirts online one for the RCAF 100th Anniversary and an Avro Arrow shirt. Arrived by mail in a timely manner with a few extra goodies in the bag, received a nice bookmark and RCAF Keychain. Will definitely order from them again
I emailed the company because I had an F-4 Phantom shirt that I thought shrunk excessively. Ralph Labusch returned my email 10 pm at night and offered to replace the shirt with a larger size in my choice of colors! Customer service may be near dead in the US but it's alive and kicking in Canada. Thanks Ralph.
Sold me a Epson printer for $950 - didn't show that it worked properly. Set it up at home, does not work. Will not answer emails regarding the problem. Hoping this gets some attention our production is literally stopped due to this.
