Spoke to them on the phone 2 days ago, said they would call me back and no return call. Called again just now, they answered in a fake accent and when I stated who I was they told me I had a wrong number and hung up.
Scheduled an appointment for this company to come out and give me a quote for siding repair. They cancelled the first appointment (it happens) and rescheduled. They checked if I was in their service area (was told I was). I took a day off of work to meet them at the scheduled time and they never showed up. I tried calling many times without response. Scheduled a time for them to come out and provide an estimate for gutter replacement. The estimator showed up an hour earlier than agreed upon time. - Problem is I was in the middle of a company wide meeting and had to leave the call to talk with the estimator. Got the quote which was astronomically high! I told him that I had already received quotes from two other roofing companies for the same scope of work, materials etc. and that he was $5,000 higher than both of the other quotes, and three times higher than the national... read more
LaBuda Exteriors did a great job with our home, we are very happy with the outcome, it was done in less then a week, the men showed up when they said they were going to and was always working very hard, I especially appreciate that anytime we had a question or concern with Neil he always answered the phone or got back to us right away, one time he even answered our call when he was at a baseball game. Thanks guys, you are the best!!!!
