This site couldn't have pissed me off more. Website says they accept walkins... Total lie. Walked in, told the front desk workers I was there for a rapid drug screening. They told me to check in at kiosk. So I did. Then sat there for almost an hour before they called my name. Only for them to then tell me I needed a registration number, and pay for the test online. The nurse explained each step clearly which made things less stressful. Overall a really good experience.
Very private environment with respectful staff. I did not have to wait long and the paperwork was simple. They answered all my concerns patiently. Definitely recommend calling first because they explain everything before your visit.
