Im a clean, reliable tenant and I have NEVER experienced such cheap disregard from a property owner. Its all smoke and mirrors to get you to move into a unit, then youre on your own until they can milk you for your security deposit. One day late on rent? Late fees. Need something fixed? Wont happen. Theyll do the bare minimum to get someone to move in but they will not take care of a current tenant.
