I reached out to 7 electricians. Four didn’t respond for hours (or at all), and others wanted to charge a high service fee just to show up. Willie replied to my text within minutes, came out the following day, and was right on time. Friendly, professional, and a veteran — it was clear he actually cares about the customer. Bonus!!!
