Called in the morning, the lady was very nice and said the tech who would draw my blood would give me a call in the afternoon/evening to set up an appointment time. Never got a call. Next morning I called again, same lady very nice said she would get the tech to call. Tech finally called gave a bunch of excuses as to why she didn't call the day before, don't know if they were legit but did not apologize.
