10 stars. I have 3 children in glasses and they are patient, kind and helpful at every visit. Very knowledgeable. We have become regulars lol
Dr. Labrecque has been my optometrist for years. I think she is excellent at what she does. She is very professional, but also feels like a friend - an all-around amazing person. Her support staff are a such a pleasure as well!

Excellent professional service from Dr. Labrecque.... However, I was treated very rudely by the front desk staff with a little gaslighting thrown in. I had ordered the glasses with a particular frame. My partner had helped me choose the frames. When I went to pick up the glasses, the frames were not what I chose and they were too big for my face. The front desk staff insisted that I had chosen the frames that they wanted me to take. I refused. They did give me full refund though. We do not live close to Lively. Not only did ... read more
