I’m disappointed with my experience. Communication has been extremely poor Calls and messages go unanswered. When you’re making a major investment like building a home, responsiveness and clear communication should be a basic expectation. The lack of follow-up and customer service has created unnecessary stress. If timely communication and reliability are important to you, I would strongly consider that before choosing this builder.
We worked with Elisa and Brandon to design our dream home in St. Pete after hurricane Helene. They provided white glove service through the entire design process and were a pleasure to work with. Elisa helped come up with some great ideas during the design phase while remaining conscious of our budget. I designed a custom home with Elisa and her team for months and the process was smooth, friendly and very precise! Elisa was so easy to deal with and didn't make me feel bad at all for changing my mind or making changes to what would be our custom home. That was a huge mental relief as its stressful process naturally. She made it real easy on us! I highly recommend talking to Elisa and her team before making any decisions on building a custom home!
