Ashley Cosby 10:36 AM (3 minutes ago) to me I was not his client, rather a neighbor of his client. But I can say that he was complaining loudly about having work around the homeowners shrubs and if it was his house he would remove them all and not care. I could hear him inside my house he was so loud. The next day my neighbor saw that he cut her one of her bushes in half without contacting her. She called, obviously upset, and he felt there was no issue with this at all because he wanted the bush out of his way. He was ve... read more

Terrible experience. I asked for oil-based stain on my deck because that is what was on there and what I wanted. Tim Billups used an acrylic-based stain on it without consulting me about the change and without treating the oil paint so the acrylic would adhere. I took the paint can into Sherwin Williams and was told that the paint was not meant to be used on oil, but there was a treatment available that could be used for this, but wasn't.
