I've only had good experiences with LabQ and the staff on Steinway has always been efficient and professional. If you didn't notice that the number of people testing spiked right before the holidays and threw the 24-48 hour timeline out the window, that's probably on you.
BEWARE!!! If you need a 24-48 hour turnaround THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I went in on Tuesday at 2:30 and just got my results this morning (Saturday). Go to Mt. Sinai on 30th and Crescent. You will have your results in less than 24 hours. It’s a long line but the wait is worth it.
